Watching
waiting
I am in a different world
A different dimension,
looking in.
I see colours, shapes, textures.
I notice the lines and the flow.
The balance, or lack thereof.
Waiting for the painting
to take shape before my eyes
The rest of the world
fades.
I may be in it, but
I am not of it.
